Role & responsibilities
* Providing Technical support to customers .
* Generation of Enquires, follow up offer submitted and obtaining purchase orders.
* Commissioning and Servicing of All Rail Vehicles and Special product and its parts.
* On time execution of AMC / CAMC and ensure on time bill submission to customer .
* Adherence and execution of value added activity as and when proposed by HO or By Branch Manager .
* Adherence to warranty / failed parts management .
* Documentation as per ISO
* Receiving customer complaint, acknowledging / investigating / analyzing the complaint, taking Corrective action as per the advice of service manager.
* Site feedback report, work place organizing, record maintenance, and Maintaining the IQMS ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 related documented information requirements.
* Follow -up of Payment and other commercial activities.
* Responsible to take additional duties, given time to time by Reporting Manager.
Qualification:
* DME / DEE / MECHETRONIC
Experience:
* 5 -7 years
