Flexible daily and full-time supply work available across Primary schools in the Barnet Borough. We work with a large number of schools who need support on a short-term basis and also long-term. If you are seeking flexibility around your schedule and have a passion for education, this is a brilliant role.
Working hours are usually between 8.30-3.30.
What the role involves:
1:1 and class TA support across various year groups
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning
Using structure, patience and creativity to build engagement
Helping the pupil regulate, access the curriculum and build confidence
Being a key part of a caring, experienced team
What they’re looking for:
Experience supporting children or young adults
A nurturing approach and clear communication style
Ability to stay calm, consistent, and proactive
Someone who truly ‘gets it’ when it comes to behaviour, sensory needs and trust-building

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
