As a Service Operations Specialist you will be collaborating with customers (doctors, radiographers, medical tech staff, etc.) and field service engineers to address equipment status, maintenance and repair needs. You will be coordinating and resolving internal customer issues related to parts, tools, logistics and providing first class customer service including accurate billing and cost management

What you’ll need
* Minimum 6 months experience in Workforce management, Facilities management or purchasing
* Experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment prioritising customer satisfaction
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Billing, contracts administration, engineer service scheduling and logistics experience preferred
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and data management
* Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding solutions
* Confidence and a willingness to learn and grow
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
