Telesales Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant for our client in Motherwell. A previous background in outbound sales is required, with experience in most B2B / SME sales areas being of interest as the skills are very transferrable to their sector.
Responsibilities
* Develop new leads and opportunities and generate sales with business customers of all sizes.
* Account‑manage customers, cross‑sell and upsell additional products and services.
* Make a high volume of outbound tele‑sales calls and engage decision makers at the highest level.
* Build rapport and listen actively to meet sales targets.
Requirements
* Strong outbound sales experience in B2B / SME markets.
* Proven ability to target‑drive and hit high sales targets.
* Excellent rapport‑building and listening skills.
* Money‑hungry, sales‑motivated, able to manage a growing account base.
Salary & Benefits
OTE £40,000+ uncapped
Starting basic salary £25,000 (negotiable). On‑target earnings around £30,000–£40,000. Top performers can earn £60,000–£70,000.
