Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
Take full control of a food production site and shape it with your ideas and expertise.
You’ll have the freedom to implement your own strategies, drive continuous improvement and get stuck in wherever needed. You’ll also get 33 days off every year and can tailor your benefits to suit you.
It’s a hands-on opportunity to lead a team of 20 across raw materials, blending, packing and dispatch. You’ll oversee the entire process and make sure targets are hit without compromising quality.
You’ll work closely with other departments, giving you insight into the full business and opening doors to future leadership opportunities. The company is flexible on salary for the right person and the benefits can be shaped around what matters most to you.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll implement KPIs to track performance and drive improvements, giving you a chance to shape the way production is managed.
Leading a team of supervisors and operatives, you’ll keep morale high and performance strong. You’ll also maintain adherence to quality procedures, making sure the products meet the required standards.
What you’ll need
* Proven experience in production management in food manufacturing
* Knowledge of UK and EU food regulations, including HACCP, BRC and GMP
* Strong people skills and a willingness to get stuck in when needed
