As a Financial Adviser you will tasked with growing an existing client bank of circca £15Million AUM, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth strategy.

About the Role
* Building and nurturing client relationships through exceptional service and trust-building.
* Converting leads from professional introducers and online enquires (64% conversion rate)
* Generating referrals by networking with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
* Providing expert financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
* Combining new client acquisition with managing existing client portfolios.
* Receive 1-2-1 support from a qualified Paraplanner so you can fucus on budling relationship with existing and new customers
What We’re Looking For
* Proven financial advisory experience, with strong consultancy sales and relationship-building skills.
* A commitment to achieving Chartered status (or already Chartered).
* A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and driving new business growth.
