Key Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
* Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Supporting classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
* Collaborating with teaching staff and parents to ensure students' needs are met.
