This role offers the opportunity to work within the luxury travel sector, supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and building strong relationships with key partners across the industry. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal marketing team and Graphic Designer to produce engaging content and manage campaign activity. From coordinating promotional calendars to supporting joint marketing initiatives with global suppliers, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with working in travel. Role and Responsibilities The formulation and execution of campaigns promoting the brand. Coordinate advertising, social media, website development, promotions, and press relations. Support relationships with tourist boards and suppliers, ensuring the continuation of and in some cases creation of joint marketing ventures. Deliver inspirational, result focused campaigns across digital and print. Create marketing and promotional briefs in line with campaign message. Monitor the ongoing cost of campaigns, measuring effectiveness and response. Plan and manage the delivery of newsletters and other internal communications. Support marketing requests either from Business Development Team or direct from retailers. Analysing and reporting on results. Become a brand advocate and develop an in-depth understanding of brand values. Assist with website content, news and blog posts in conjunction with content plan and the Editorial team. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector. Strong commercial awareness and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods. Desirable Attributes Experience in tour operations or travel marketing. Creative thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving. Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work within agreed budgets and timelines. Professional, approachable, and collaborative working style.
