Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic grounds maintenance Service Delivery Manager to lead our Housing Contract in the Wandsworth Borough.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST
 * To ensure a fully integrated approach is taken to the delivery of all aspects of day to day operations in accordance with the Wandsworth Housing contract specifications, including all HR matters (recruitment, absence management etc.), plant/equipment inspection and maintenance, allocation and all health and safety matters.
 * To lead and manage supervisors and team leaders who undertake overall supervision of the different elements of the contract, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality services and efficient working practices.
 * To monitor overall performance of the Grounds maintenance ensuring client specifications and standards are met, continuous quality and financial improvements are made, and budget targets are met and exceeded where possible.

 * NVQ level 1 / 2 Horticulture (preferred)
