Lettings & Hotel Manager

We are seeking a Lettings & Hotel Manager with a strong background in both the lettings and hospitality industries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small team environment and work closely with the Director to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Responsibilities and Expectations
1. Oversee the entire lettings process, from property listings to tenancy agreements.
2. Ensure seamless tenancy application progression and agreement completion.
3. Maintain up-to-date marketing and advertisements in line with company standards.
4. Making sure high level customer service provided and handle all complaints in accordance with company procedure.
5. Manage all portals and channel manager to ensure full occupancy of all Hotels.
6. Conduct regular property and amenity inspections, coordinating necessary maintenance.
7. Approve timesheets for lettings and hotel staff.
