Responsibilities
* Conduct initial assessments and develop personalised support plans.
* Provide high-quality advice on housing options, welfare benefits, and tenancy rights.
* Liaise with external agencies to coordinate support.
* Manage caseloads and deliver timely interventions to prevent homelessness.
* Investigate homelessness applications and make lawful decisions using relevant legislation and case law.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
