Newstaff Employment is hiring caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistants in Bedfordshire to join our growing Education Team. Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible, Monday – Friday (term time)

Key Responsibilities
1. Support nursery and early years staff in creating a nurturing, engaging learning environment.
2. Assist with classroom activities, play-based learning, and group work.
3. Provide individual support to children as needed.
4. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating setting.
5. Build strong relationships with staff and children to promote confidence and development.
Essential Requirements
6. Previous experience working with Early Years or Nursery-age children.
7. Relevant childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential).
8. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
9. Right to work in the UK.
10. Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) on the Update Service — assistance available if required.
