They deliver approved aircraft type training programmes and are seeking experienced aviation professionals to join their instructional team.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with instructional experience, or a desire to move into training and instructing, to contribute to the development of aviation professionals while working with a respected training organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver approved aircraft type training courses in accordance with EASA Part-147 requirementsPrepare and deliver theoretical and practical training sessionsAssess student competence and practical performance where authorisedMaintain high standards of instructional delivery and student engagementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, approved training materials and organisational proceduresDeliver training through classroom and virtual learning environments where appropriately approvedMaintain accurate training records and associated documentationParticipate in ongoing professional development and technical updating activitiesTravel to customer and training locations as requiredSupport the continuous improvement of training programmes, course content and instructional standardsKey Skills and QualificationsQualified Licensed Aircraft Maintenance EngineerPrevious experience within an EASA Part-147 Maintenance Training Organisation is highly desirableInstructional Techniques Training certificate or recognised Train the Trainer qualificationStrong understanding of EASA Part-147, Part-145 and Part-66 requirementsExperience delivering technical training or a desire to move into an instructional roleExcellent communication and presentation skillsGood spoken and written EnglishComputer literate with experience using digital training platformsExperience working on relevant aircraft typesCurrent or recent aircraft maintenance experience on applicable aircraft typesAbility to demonstrate aircraft type recencyWillingness to travel within the UK and internationally when requiredProfessional, organised and self-motivated approachExperience delivering or holding type approvals on one or more of the following aircraft would be essential:Bombardier CRJ100/200Bombardier CRJ700/900/1000ATR 42 and ATR 72 SeriesDe Havilland DHC-6Bombardier DHC-8-100/200/300Bombardier DHC-8-400Embraer EMB-135/145Embraer ERJ-170 SeriesEmbraer ERJ-190 SeriesEmbraer Phenom 100Embraer Phenom 300Embraer EMB-545/550If you are a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with a passion for sharing your knowledge and developing the next generation of aviation professionals, we would like to hear from you.
