Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Care Quality Lead / Field Care Supervisor to join our expanding team. You will be responsible fordriving our high-quality person-centred care within the West Fife and Kinross area’s. This role is a combination of both field work and office based therefore, you will need to have a full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
This role will be carried out on a full-time basis Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm with a requirement for out of hours working for visits, and as part of an on-call rota which attracts additional payments to your basic salary.
Salary £24,000 to £26,000 pro rata
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Improving the quality of service for clients and staff
2. Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
3. Client assessments, outcomes based care planning and reviewing
4. Provide supervision and support to our dedicated caregiving team
5. Cover gaps in the care schedule when care professionals are absent
6. Assist the Care Manager to create, update and audit client care plans
7. Update and maintain information on our digital systems
8. Conduct personalised client inductions to tailor care plans to individual needs
9. Manage correspondence by responding to emails and telephone calls in a warm, professional and responsive matter.
The ideal candidate will have:
10. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
11. A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
14. Experience supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
15. A valid driving license and own your own transport
16. Comfortable driving around the West Fife and Kinross area for various visits
17. SQV Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
