Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based, personalised care by listening to patient feedback and acting on what matters to them, focusing on emergency and unplanned care for patients with primary and acute care needs.
* Deliver non-judgemental care, build therapeutic relationships and promote professional boundaries.
* Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care following policies and procedures, always considering safeguarding.
* Explore opportunities for career development with a wide range of internal and external options for development and learning.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Current HCPC professional registration
* Proven post-registration ambulance experience
* Evidence of continued professional development
* A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
* Proven experience in either: Accident & Emergency, Primary Care environments or Minor injuries / illness
* Experience in hospital, community or prison environments is advantageous but not essential

Hours and Salary
* Monday to Friday: 06.45 - 18.15 or 06.45 - 20.15
* Weekends: 07.45 - 18:15
* Salary: You’ll receive a bank hourly rate of £23.83 (weekdays) and £25.68 (weekends).
