We have a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to join a winning team at Maritime Transport as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor in our Head Office in Felixstowe.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Supervision of a team of 6 who are responsible for
o Processing all supplier invoices
o Weekly and monthly statement reconciliations
o Weekly, monthly and quarterly payment runs
* Month end processes
* Approval of all payment runs
* Review of invoice queries from each source system
* Bank detail approval and submission onto accounting system
* Overall responsibility for the Purchase ledger
* Development of departmental processes
To be a candidate successful you will need the following:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail, accuracy is key
* Experience of working with Excel and other Microsoft products
* Fantastic time management and organisational skills
* The ability to prioritise your workload and that of a team
