Part Time Duties Planner
Counter Terrorism Policing – North East (CTP NE)

1 part time position working 22.12 hours (3 Days - Wednesday to Friday)
We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented team player to support our Counter Terrorism Policing unit. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate duty rotas and ensuring staffing levels meet operational and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities
* Produce, maintain and amend duty rotas in accordance with legislation and policy.
* Ensure all information is accurate, up to date and stored in the duties management system.
* Actively maintain an efficient and accurate duties management system, taking appropriate action on exception reports.
* Problem‑solve resource issues that arise and maintain optimum staffing levels in a cost‑effective manner.
* Use Microsoft Office and other Force IT systems to support workforce management.
Qualifications
* Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable with other Force IT systems.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Willingness to undertake training in workforce management and related IT systems.
* Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and decision‑making ability.
* Strong people skills; ability to multi‑task and work collaboratively in a team.
* Must be a British citizen and eligible to hold a British passport to work in the unit.

Successful candidates will be subject to enhanced level personal and financial vetting checks prior to appointment. You must be a British Citizen and eligible to hold a British passport to work in the unit.
