We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility in top shape. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
* Tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility
* Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend efficient solutions
* Support inventory and production areas with facility upkeep
* Read blueprints, follow work orders, and complete hands-on repair projects
* Handle minor plumbing, carpentry, and fabrication tasks
* Keep exterior grounds clean and safe (walkways, lots, etc.)
* Collaborate with other departments and assist with R&D tasks when needed
* Use project management tools to track and prioritize work
* Order materials and provide cost estimates when required
What You Bring
* Maintenance, construction, or general labor experience
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle tools safely
* Comfortable with hands-on tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and basic repairs
* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be 21+ years old
* A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
Bonus Points If You
* Have experience with PVC, ABS, and PEX piping
* Know your way around non-welded steel assembly
* Are tech-savvy with digital project management tools
