PA for Study/Training
I'm looking for a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide one-to-one support with mobility and accessibility needs. The role also involves attending events, meetings, and training centres, as well as acting as a scribe. This is a freelance/self-employed position starting 25 September 2025.
Role includes:
* Assisting with travel and mobility (e.g., from taxi to venues, navigating between event spaces, meetings, or training centres, and booking taxis when needed)
* Acting as a scribe during events, meetings, and training sessions, producing clear, accurate notes summary and helping structure information so tasks and priorities are well understood
* Providing full-day support every Thursday and Friday (from 25 September 2025), with occasional additional support at events or appointments as required
* Helping with task organisation: identifying key tasks, setting priorities, and managing task order to keep the client on track
Requirements:
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (essential)
* Very good command of English literacy and comprehension (essential)
* Strong written communication skills for accurate scribing/recording and organising information
* Ability to identify key tasks, set priorities, and manage task order to help the client stay focused on what needs to be done
* Dependable, professional, and discreet
* Respectful of access needs, supportive, and proactive in enabling independence
