Rohan is seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic direction of the business.
Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will oversee day-to-day financial operations, lead a small finance team, and provide insightful analysis to drive informed decision-making across the organisation.
The Finance Manager will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance, while also supporting the company's commercial and growth objectives through effective business partnering and the development of a new finance system.
