PT Renewables is partnered with a growing B-Corp Certified Real Estate business on the look for a Chartered Building Surveyor to take the reins on a variety of innovative projects.

The role
* Administer building contracts from tender through completion, ensuring works meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
* Undertake technical due diligence surveys, producing clear reports to inform acquisition, disposal, and investment decisions.
* Advise on and prepare schedules of dilapidations, negotiating settlements for both landlords and tenants.
* Diagnose building defects through detailed pathology inspections and recommend cost-effective remedial solutions.
* Deliver a range of commercial building surveying services in line with RICS standards, including reinstatement cost assessments, planned maintenance advice, and project oversight.
