Based in our HR Team, this is the sole recruitment specialist role and carries responsibility for our early careers and experienced hire recruitment.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish and your duties will include:
sourcing direct hires through networking, direct approaches, referrals, advertising and other tools as appropriate.
managing recruitment agency relationships to ensure strong service levels and value for money
procuring temporary hires as required.
Early careers
In conjunction with the HR Team and others in the firm, managing the recruitment process for trainee solicitors and legal apprentices to include marketing, owning the application process, application screening, design and management of assessment days etc.
Advising on our employer branding through management of our careers pages, job board and directory entries etc. (Advising and/or supporting our initiatives to ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive and non-discriminatory and wholly in-line with our culture and values.
You will be required to travel to our London office (and occasionally elsewhere in the UK ) on a regular basis.
This list is not exhaustive and other duties and projects may be assigned to you.
You will need to have solid in-house recruitment experience gained over at least 3 years (ideally more) covering most of the above duties, particularly in relation to experienced hires. You will need to be pro-active and flexible, with a confident and positive attitude. We’re a law firm that specialises in media, technology and intellectual property.
