Category Digital Marketing / Digital Campaigns Closing Date 22 March 2026 "Find your role" This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the QComm operation in collaboration with our partners. You will work closely with the Online Grocery operations and product teams to deliver growth and development within our propositions, ensuring we maximise any opportunities and look for new and innovative ways to grow the business. You will drive best-in-class performance metrics and support the delivery of a seamless customer experience through the following drivers: Build strong working relationships with partner operations teams, acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement. Monitor operational KPIs, identify trends, and proactively drive corrective actions to maintain and enhance service performance. Support the evolution of our QCommerce proposition by identifying customer pain points and opportunities for optimising the end-to-end experience. Benchmark our offering against competitors and industry best practice to ensure we remain innovative and competitive. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align activities with business objectives. Use data to analyse performance and support decision-making. "Let's find out about you."
