An award winning business in the ever expanding Waste Management industry is looking to recruit a talented Business Development Manager to cover the Gloucester areas with immediate effect.

About the role
An ideal Business Development Manager candidate will have some industry experience in waste, although this is by no means essential. The business also provide other services within facilities management, but equally people who have joined the business historically and done very well have come from other industries within Sales - so no industry experience is needed - but Sales is a must!!

Requirements
* Sales experience is a must.
* Industry experience in waste is not essential; candidates from other sales backgrounds have historically done very well.
* You will need a full driving licence.
* Willingness to develop business in your territory, focusing on the Gloucester area – apply asap.
* Base salary £30,000 – £34,000 plus car allowance circa £5,000 plus benefits and bonuses. Company bonus scheme is uncapped; expected earnings around £50,000 – £60,000 per year with potential to earn ~£20,000 in bonuses.
