A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL Lead the housekeeping team with energy and pride, ensuring every room and public area sparkles and leaves a lasting impression. Conduct spot-checks of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring each space is spotless, well-stocked, and ready to wow our guests. Coordinate daily tasks and schedules with the Head Housekeeper, keeping everything running smoothly and hitting service targets with style. Mentor and motivate the housekeeping team, offering training and support to help them deliver their best work every day. Keep tabs on stock levels, from linens to cleaning supplies, and work with the Head Housekeeper to ensure everything is ready for a busy day. Jump in to help the team during peak times, leading by example and showing what top-notch service looks like. Respond to guest requests with enthusiasm, whether it's extra amenities, special room setups, or a quick touch-up-going the extra mile to make their stay unforgettable. Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Experience in a housekeeping role, ideally with some leadership responsibilities and a love for creating beautiful spaces. A sharp eye for detail, ensuring every room is perfect and ready to exceed guest expectations. Strong organisational skills to manage schedules, oversee tasks, and keep the team in sync.
