As the Credit Controller, you will be reporting to the Collections Manager and will be responsible for administering the day-to-day management, collection, and chasing of outstanding invoices in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the debit management and ledger systems.
* Salary up to £25,000 p/a.
* Monday to Friday working hours, from 8.30am to 5pm.
* Located in Wrexham Industrial Estate, with free parking available.
* Opportunity to complete an NVQ Course after 2 years in the organisation.

Key Requirements for the Role:
* Ability to use systems well - IT Literate, with experience in using software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Previous experience working within a busy collections or debit management environment.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of credit control systems.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and a confident negotiator.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Good organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Recent experience in a fast-paced credit control environment.
* Ability to develop effective working relationships.
