User Researcher - (GDS experience required)

£450pd inside IR35 max rate

User Researcher required to join a cross-functional team delivering user-centred services in line with Government Digital Service standards.
Essential Skills:
* Hands-on experience conducting user research in line with GDS principles
* Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys)
* Able to turn user insights into actionable recommendations
* Comfortable working in agile teams and supporting the development of accessible, user-focused services
