To fuel our growth, we’re looking for a New Product Development Lead – Protein & Supplements with essential, proven experience in creating and refining powdered protein and sports supplement products, to join our team and drive the creation of exciting, market-leading products in the protein and supplement space.

The Role
As an NPD Lead – Protein and Supplements, you’ll take ownership of developing and launching new products from concept to shelf. You will research trends, create formulations, work with ingredient suppliers, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate with marketing, operations teams and our members to bring new ideas to life.
This is a hands‑on role for someone with a passion for sports nutrition, innovation, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
* Research industry trends, consumer demand, and competitor activity to identify new product opportunities.
* Develop and refine formulations for protein powders, supplements, and related products.
* Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and laboratories on samples, testing, and scale‑up.
* Produce and maintain accurate product specifications.
* Carry out product testing with the team, relevant stakeholders, and the wider market.
* Ensure products meet all relevant regulations, including labelling, claims, and quality standards.

Key Skills & Experience
* Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related discipline
