Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position involves managing various aspects of logistics, including booking deliveries, ordering materials and materials handling.
Duties
* Booking on carrier deliveries
* Ordering consumables stock and PPE
* Assisting the Logistics Manager with various tasks
* Assisting with booking in and organising vehicle maintenance
* Regularly doing vehicle and driver downloads
* Vehicle checks
* Assisting with scheduling and organising regular and occasional building maintenance
Shift:
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break
£13 per hour
Fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
