We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Central team, focusing on delivering world-class ERP solutions for SMBs. This role requires deep domain expertise in finance and supply chain processes, combined with strong product management skills to shape the future of Business Central.
* Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Business Central with a focus on sustainability, financial and supply chain capabilities.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features that meet customer needs.
* Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in financial and supply chain workflows.
* Ensure compliance with global financial standards and regulations within the product.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
* Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within ERP or financial software.
* Strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, tax compliance, SCM).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate complex financial and supply chain requirements into intuitive product experiences.
