Key Responsibilities
* Embed agile practices into day-to-day team operations by helping teams apply agile values, principles, and frameworks in practical ways that improve collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
* Support teams in implementing and sustaining the concepts introduced during baseline agile training, ensuring practices are consistently applied and adapted to team needs.
* Partner with team leadership to assess current ways of working, define target conditions, and establish clear, measurable success metrics for team improvement.
* Track and demonstrate the impact of coaching activities by documenting interventions, progress, and measurable improvements against agreed baselines.
* Work with multiple teams simultaneously in focused transformation cycles of approximately twelve weeks, guiding them through the adoption and embedding of agile practices.
* Identify opportunities to develop agile maturity beyond foundational practices, supporting teams and leaders in deepening capabilities and addressing team-specific challenges.
* Collaborate closely with trainers to ensure alignment between training delivery and team-level coaching, reinforcing key concepts and enabling practical application.
* Work alongside other agile coaches and programme stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen transformation initiatives across the organisation.
* Contribute to the internal coaching community by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices, helping to align coaching approaches and improve agile adoption across teams.
