About the Role
:
As an Administrator you will be working Towe Hamlets Council in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
An Administrator within our Tower Hamlets branch. You will be Part of a local team supporting the Administration activities and requirements to our Housing operations, ensuring that all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in total compliance with Company.
Day to day duties
1. Answering telephone to the client
2. Managing the mailbox, with quires from contractors
3. Dealing with the main phone line
4. Answering emails
5. Help with planning operative’s diaries
6. Chasing Subcontractors
Role Criteria:
7. Call Handling experience
8. Planning experience
9. General Administration experience
10. Experience with speaking with the client and residents
11. Social housing experience
12. Good communication skills
