This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive in a structured, nurturing environment. You will be supporting pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1, working with children who have Autism, communication and interaction needs, SEMH challenges, and learning difficulties. The role includes a combination of 1:1 support, small group work, and in-class assistance.
