Company and Role Description

VisiLean Ltd, a global pioneer in Lean and BIM-integrated project management platforms, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to support revenue growth across the construction and built environment sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing B2B SaaS salesperson who has experience selling consultative solutions and is ready to step up toward enterprise sales.


You will manage your own opportunities while working closely with senior sales leadership to develop the skills, experience, and exposure required to progress into larger, more complex accounts over time.


VisiLean’s award-winning cloud platform connects the site to the office with live data, real-time dashboards, and visual production management tools—helping clients deliver projects on time and within budget across regions including the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia



Role Responsibilities

· Own the full end-to-end sales cycle for assigned accounts, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and contract close.

· Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, with increasing exposure to larger, more complex opportunities over time.

· Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and position VisiLean’s solutions against operational and delivery goals.

· Deliver tailored product demonstrations and contribute to solution design, with support from senior sales and product specialists when required

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including project directors, BIM managers, and digital transformation leads.

· Accurately manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting through the CRM

· Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align campaigns, customer messaging, and product evolution with market feedback.

· Represent VisiLean at major construction technology conferences, trade shows, and client workshops across the region.

· Continuously develop commercial, negotiation, and enterprise selling skills with the aim of progressing into a senior enterprise sales role




Required Skills & Experience

· 2–4 years of B2B SaaS or technology-enabled sales experience

· Experience selling consultative or solution-based products (not purely transactional)

· Understanding of Lean Construction principles, BIM workflows, and production planning systems (e.g., Last Planner®, Takt Planning, or 4D BIM).

· Some exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, or the built environment is beneficial.

· Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

· Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

· Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders



Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.

· Familiarity with ConTech ecosystem platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildots etc.

· Experience managing key accounts in digital project delivery, production management, or construction software.
