Your Role
As a Care Assistant in this supportive and peaceful environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing and comfort of residents. You’ll assist with personal care, medication, and mealtimes, while encouraging participation in light, meaningful activities that provide reassurance and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each resident
Assist with personal care, medication, and meals
Encourage engagement in daily routines and social activities
Offer companionship and emotional support with kindness and respect
Support mobility and ensure residents’ physical comfort and safety
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and comfortable living environment
About You
Previous experience in care or personal support is beneficial but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
