Youth Development Worker – Tenancy Sustainment 📍 Location: Liskeard 💰 Rate: £14.82 per hour 📄 Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week) Permanent 🕒 Hours: Between 8:00am – 10:00pm on a rolling rota (Monday–Sunday) We are currently recruiting for a Youth Development Worker – Tenancy Sustainment to join a supported accommodation service in Liskeard, helping young people build the skills and confidence needed to live independently. The Role You will provide key worker support to young people, helping them develop life skills and sustain their tenancies while working towards independent living. The role involves working as part of a supportive team within a residential setting.
