Your role
* Lead a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, delivering high‑quality outcomes.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones and programme objectives.
* Collaborate closely with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
About You
* Chartered Civil Engineer.
* Interest in developing into the role of Reservoir Supervising Engineer.
* Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering as applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their associated hydraulic structures.
* In‑depth knowledge of current UK design standards, guidance and working practices including the Reservoirs Act.
