This is a lovely role for a SWEDISH/NORWEGIAN speaker who likes customer care and is looking for a varied role that combines customer care with admin sales support responsibilities. The role is based in the READING area. There will be full training provided in this position and plenty of opportunity to grow your responsibilities and move up in the organisation, especially if you have a talent for looking after customers. The company is one of the largest US businesses in its sector, and you will deal with taking classic inbound calls and doing admin around taking orders. The team is friendly and warm and highly regarded in the organisation.

The Role:
You will support customers in Europe and be the frontline representative of the company. This is an inbound role supporting clients submitting financial data and other information, with some Excel work involved.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries.
* Review financial data using Excel to match information.
* Provide product training.
* Advise on new products.
* Help customers navigate various products.
* Use Excel daily to upload data.
Skills:
* Fluent Swedish and Norwegian.
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer care role.
