I’m working with a leading name in the retail space who are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to take ownership of their organic search strategy across multiple well-known brands.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced SEO professional to step into a strategic, visible role — shaping how millions of customers discover and engage with some of the UK’s favourite retailers.
What you’ll be doing
This role is all about identifying opportunities, defining a clear SEO strategy, and bringing it to life across multiple sites.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Analysing organic performance and uncovering new growth opportunities.
* Conducting keyword and competitor research.
* Delivering insightful weekly and monthly performance reports.
* Using data to make smart, actionable recommendations.
On‑site technical focus
* Running technical and content audits with clear, prioritised actions.
* Partnering with developers, UX/design, and eCommerce teams to implement changes.
* Collaborating with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO is baked into everything.
Additional expectations
* Build strong relationships across European teams.
* Upskill and advocate for SEO across the wider business.
* Keep ahead of algorithm updates and shifts in the search landscape.
What they’re looking for
* A seasoned SEO professional (currently an SEO Manager, Senior Exec or Strategist).
* Experience optimising for organic shopping listings and mapping platforms (e.g. Google Business Profiles).
* Great with data, detail, and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.
* Collaborative, proactive, and genuinely passionate about organic growth.
* Extra languages are a bonus, but not essential.
