The role:
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts, and drive performance at both individual and restaurant levels.
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
* Understanding of managing labor and rotas, with an interest in learning about financial performance
* Ability to recognize and celebrate team achievements
