About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, outcome‑driven Project Manager to lead complex global technology initiatives that directly shape how Convatec delivers value to patients, customers, and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects that enable our digital transformation agenda. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and champion ways of working that elevate performance across global teams. What You’ll Lead
Project Delivery & Execution
1. Own end‑to‑end delivery of global IT and digital projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on scope, quality, budget, and timeline.
2. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, value cases, and delivery roadmaps.
3. Monitor progress using industry best practices and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
4. Maintain accurate project documentation, RAID logs, financials, and reporting.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
5. Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, senior leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
6. Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives and expectations.
7. Lead project meetings, steering committees, and communication cadences.
8. Drive a positive, collaborative team culture across global workstreams.
Financial & Resource Management
9. Manage project budgets, including actuals, forecasts, and variance reporting.
10. Support resource planning and capability development in line with Convatec’s strategic goals.
11. Provide clear rationale for investment decisions and expected business value.
Continuous Improvement
12. Champion consistent ways of working across teams and regions.
13. Conduct mid‑year and post‑implementation reviews to assess performance and embed learnings.
14. Contribute to the evolution of project delivery frameworks, tools, and governance.

Experience
26. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally).
27. PMI/PMP or equivalent certification.
28. 3 - 5 years of IT project management experience with a proven track record of delivering global projects.
29. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with Scrum.
30. Background in complex global organisations.
Industry & Technical Advantage (Nice to Have)
Experience in Medical Devices or Pharma, especially with:
31. SAP (Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing) – ECC/S4HANA
32. QMS (Quality Management Systems)
33. PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
34. MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
35. CRM platforms
