The Role

* Supporting pupils with GCSE coursework and the mastery of music technology software (e.g., Logic Pro, Sibelius).
* Leading and coaching school choirs, orchestras, or bands for termly concerts and community events.
* Encouraging confidence and self-expression through individual and group performance.
* Managing music resources and maintaining a safe, creative learning environment.
* Participating in the statutory ECT induction and whole-school professional development sessions.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Currently working towards or recently completed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A strong degree in Music or Music Education.
* Exceptional instrumental or vocal skills and a commitment to leading extracurricular activities.
* The ability to inspire students through a broad and inclusive musical curriculum.
* Excellent communication skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
