Responsibilities
* Dispense and check prescriptions safely and accurately
* Provide expert advice on medicines and treatments
* Support patients with medication reviews and counselling
* Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure best outcomes
Qualifications
* GPhC registered Pharmacist
* Excellent communication and clinical skills
* Patient-focused, organised, and detail-driven
* Excellent communication and teamwork
* 1 year paid experience in the NHS
