Role Overview
The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and revenue, while supporting broader brand and offline marketing initiatives. This role requires performance marketing expertise, creative thinking and strong analytical capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Performance Marketing
· in Co-ordination with the wider Marketing Dept plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms).
· Drive qualified traffic to the website and optimise conversion rates.
· Monitor ROAS, CPA and customer acquisition metrics.
· In Co-ordination with the wider Marketing Dept conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages and funnels.
· Support retargeting and customer lifecycle campaigns.
2. Website & E-commerce Growth
· Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve website performance.
· Optimise product pages, landing pages and promotional campaigns.
· Support SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic.
· Monitor analytics and produce performance reports.
· Identify conversion optimisation opportunities.
3. Content & Social Media Support
· Support content planning across social channels.
· Assist in creation and co-ordination of marketing assets.
· Ensure brand consistency across platforms.
· Monitor engagement and growth metrics.
4. Email & CRM Marketing
· Build and deploy email campaigns.
· Support automated flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention).
· Segment customer lists for targeted campaigns.
· Track open rates, click-through rates and revenue contribution.
5. Offline & Broader Marketing Channels
· Support trade marketing and wholesale promotions.
· Assist with events, expos and activations.
· Contribute to point-of-sale and in-store marketing materials.
· Coordinate marketing materials for export markets.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
· Track weekly and monthly marketing KPIs.
· Provide performance insights and recommendations.
· Identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Person Specification
Essential Experience
· 2–5 years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
· Experience running paid media campaigns.
· Strong understanding of analytics and advertising dashboards.
· Experience in e-commerce marketing.
· Data-driven mindset.
· Experience within supplements, fitness, health or lifestyle brands.
· Strong organisational skills.
· Experience with email marketing platforms.
· Experience creating ad creative briefs.
