Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in York. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing promotional activities, and analyzing market trends. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research
* Experience with Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
* Excellent Analytical Skills, Data Interpretation, and Reporting
* Proficiency in Project Management and Team Coordination
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
