This role involves working within a nurse-led, complex care environment, supporting adults with mental health conditions, neuro-disabilities, and physical health needs. About the Service Meadowcroft Care Home is a purpose-built service providing person-centred care in a homely setting. The service focuses on supporting individuals with complex needs through structured care, rehabilitation, and independence-focused support.
