Job Role: Nutritional Therapist

Therme RPC lead on all aspects of food and beverage activity across Therme Group, delivering transformational food and beverage strategies which are nutritious, delicious, sustainable, and accessible to all.

Purpose of the role:
Supporting the Therme RPC team in the delivery and innovation of food, nutrition and beverage design, mobilisation, and operations.
Specific Accountabilities (this list is not exhaustive):
* Act as a subject expert in Nutrition and Wellbeing for projects across Therme RPC
* Support in the development of nutritious, balanced menus including providing industry-standard nutritional analysis/composition
* Support the creation and delivery of training in nutrition, allergens and wellbeing
* Contribute content for nutrition and wellbeing within reports, proposals, and meetings
* Support the development and delivery of nutrition and wellbeing projects
* Help position Therme RPC as a leader in the nutrition and wellbeing industry
* Continuously develop subject expertise to enhance our USP within Therme RPC
* Create public-facing nutrition and wellbeing content on behalf of Therme RPC
* Be comfortable using Nutritics for food composition and menu analysis particularly for our Staff Restaurant at Therme Manchester
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of nutrition and wellbeing initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful delivery of nutrition and wellbeing projects
* Lead professional one-to-one nutritional consultations and functional testing as required in our private clinic in Thame, Oxfordshire or online as required
* Manage client relationships and administrative tasks on Practice Better
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records and manage sensitive health data in line with GDPR and internal processes
* Recognise scope of practice and refer clients to other appropriate healthcare professionals where required
* Ensure all nutrition and wellbeing advice, menu analysis, training and content is evidence-based, accurate and aligned with relevant professional standards and legislation
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Therapy, Nutrition, Dieteticsor equivalent
* Holds valid professional indemnity insurance
* Accredited by BANT and CNHC or ANutr / RNutr or BDA
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Ability to proactively work under own initiative and manage personal workload
* Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Experience delivering training in nutrition, allergens and wellbeing to a range of audiences
* Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition practice, allergen legislation and confidentiality/data protection requirements
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret nutritional data and translate findings into practical recommendations
* Experience in menu development, nutritional analysis and client management, ideally within hospitality, wellbeing or private practice settings
