WHO YOU ARE:
We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Videographer / Editor to join our small but growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Shooting high-quality video (on location and in studio) using professional cameras (e.g. Sony FX6 / FX3, Blackmagic, etc.).
* Editing footage to deliver final videos — including campaign films, social clips, reels, short ads – you name it, we've made it
* Working from brief through to final delivery, often on tight deadlines.
* Travel nationally (UK) and internationally for shoots, as required.
* Collaborating with the wider team bringing a proactive, "can do" attitude and creative problem-solving to every job.
Requirements:
* A great creative eye, attention to detail and strong sense of narrative.
* Strong shooting experience on professional cameras like Sony FX6/FX3 or Blackmagic (or similar).
* Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
* Motion-graphics skills are a plus.
* A positive, flexible, "can do" attitude (so important we've written it twice)— comfortable with travel, adapting to different shoot environments, working under pressure, and jumping between different kinds of content quickly.
* You're collaborative and dependable.
* Portfolio / showreel demonstrating creativity, shooting + editing work — ideally covering a variety of content types.

Salary:
£30-35K – (DOE) — Also open to emerging talent with a strong reel
