Job Title: Part-Time Receptionists (x3 Temporary Roles)

About the Roles:
We are currently seeking three reliable and professional Receptionists to join a friendly and busy team on a temporary basis. These positions are ideal for candidates who are looking for part-time hours and want to be part of an environment where safeguarding and student wellbeing are a top priority.
All roles require availability for training prior to the start of term to ensure a smooth transition into supporting daily registers and absences processes.
Shift Patterns Available:
22.5 hours/week
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
11 hours/week
Wednesday & Thursday: 07:00 - 13:00
9 hours/week
Wednesday & Thursday: 13:00 - 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming students, staff, and visitors professionally
Managing registers and recording student absences
Providing administrative support to the wider team
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and school procedures
Handling incoming calls, emails, and front-desk enquiries
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Confident using computer systems and handling confidential data
Must be available for training before the start of term
* DBS required
These roles will remain in place until permanent staff are appointed, offering a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain further experience in an education setting.
