Snr Director, Patient Advocacy
Salary: £90,000 - £105,000 + Benefits
Remote with occasional visits to London
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and has a strong track record of client leadership, campaign execution, and strategic oversight in the life sciences space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple client engagements with agility, ensuring quality and timeliness across all deliverables.
* Oversee the development and execution of unbranded and disease awareness campaigns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
* Manage project financials, resourcing, and performance with an eye for both quality and profitability.
* Collaborate closely with integrated teams (digital, creative, advocacy, policy, and more) to deliver comprehensive campaigns.
* Drive new business initiatives and support proposal development efforts.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance development for account teams.
* Ensure compliance and proper distribution of client materials through regulatory channels when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Deep experience working within the life sciences sector, ideally including pharma, biotech, or medtech.
* Expertise in patient advocacy, unbranded campaigns, or public health communications.
* Proven success in leading integrated campaign delivery across multiple channels (PR, digital, creative, policy).
* Excellent ability to translate complex science into impactful messaging for varied audiences.
* Strong leadership skills—able to mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.
* Confident managing financials, resourcing plans, and forecasting.
* Demonstrated experience supporting or driving new business opportunities.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
